Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 17.02.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 62547/ 2021.

It is submitted that charge has already been framed in this case on 05.01.2023 and petitioner is in custody since 25.11.2020.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts of the case, period of custody of the petitioner and tardy progress of the trial, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Mahua PS case No.514/ 2020.
