JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 06-11-2015 Since Title Suit No.709 of 2009 has already been filed before the Sub-Judge, I, Siwan coupled with the fact that the prayer made in the writ application has lost its meaning now as it is end of the session 2015, the petitioners would be well advised to pursue the title suit and beget appropriate orders of one kind or the other. Even otherwise the parallel proceedings cannot be allowed to run together.
