The petitioner is in custody since 22.01.2018 in connection with Digha P.S. Case No. 47 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 392/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner was not named in the first information report subsequently, on the confessional statement made before the police by co-accused Sunny Kumar @ Sanny Kumar @ Vivek Kumar, the petitioner has been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that the said Sunny Kumar @ Sanny Kumar @ Vivek Kumar has since been extended the privilege of bail vide order dated 14.06.2018 passed in Cr. Misc.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44456 of 2018 (2) dt.02-08-2018 No. 33474 of 2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Patna/concerned Court in connection with Digha P.S. Case No. 47 of 2018.
