The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Pandarak P.S. Case No. 25 of 2019, dated 07.03.2019, instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 363, 365 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47977 of 2019(3) dt.16-11-2019 2/2 The father of the informant is said to have been kidnapped at the hands of the petitioner and others who were called by a local person with whom the brother of the informant had some scuffle some times prior to the occurrence when he had gone to sow the crops standing in his field.
That father of the informant is still traceless. Considering the aforesaid aspect of the matter, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The prayer for anticipatory bail is, accordingly, rejected.
