BADAR ORAL ORDER 29-09-2022 This is an application for relaxation of condition of attendance imposed by this Court vide order dated 20.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3147 of 2022 while releasing the applicant/accused on bail during pendency of the trial. Heard both sides.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that after passing the order dated 20.05.2022, the applicant has diligently attended the Patna Vigilance Police Station on every first and third Saturday as directed by this Court but now he is posted as Police Sub-Inspector at Traffic Police Muzaffarpur and, therefore, it is not possible for the applicant to comply the condition of attendance imposed by this Court vide order dated 20.05.2022.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47667 of 2022(2) dt.29-09-2022 2/2 I also perused the order posting the applicant as Police Sub-Inspector with the Traffic Branch of Muzaffarpur Police. The charge sheet has already been filed.

In this view of the matter, the condition of bail directing the applicant to attend Patna Vigilance Police Station on every first and third Saturday is relaxed and now the applicant need not attend the concerned Police Station. However, he should vigilantly attend the trial of the offence pending against him.
