Learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to remove the defects within four weeks of resumption of normal court proceedings. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within stipulated period, office will place the matter before the Bench.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application as against the petitioner no.2 & 3 as he has already been arrested by the police, during

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application as against the petitioner no.2 & 3 is dismissed as withdrawn. Now, this application is being heard for consideration of anticipatory bail as against the petitioner no.1 & 4 only.

Heard learned counsel for the rest of the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that there is case and counter case between the parties and both sides have sustained injuries. He submits that there is no specific overt act against the petitioners. He further submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of this application.

Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest or
