1. Though the present writ petition has been filed for quashing the notice dated 14.02.2023, issued by the Circle Officer, Rosera, Samastipur, however, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to submit her reply along with the requisite documents before the Circle Officer, Rosera, Samastipur, as also seeks a direction upon the Circle Officer, Rosera, Samastipur, to pass the final order in accordance with law and till then, it is prayed that some protection be granted during the interregnum period.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in case the petitioner files her representation/objection, within a

Patna High Court CWJC No.11079 of 2023(2) dt.29-08-2023 2/2 period of four weeks from today, the Circle Officer, Rosera, Samastipur, shall definitely consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to file her response/objection to the aforesaid notice dated 14.02.2023, issued by the Circle Officer, Rosera, Samastipur, within a period of four weeks from today, which shall be considered by the Circle Officer, Rosera, Samastipur, in accordance with law and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed thereon, within a period of six weeks, thereafter and till then, status quo, existing as on today qua the land/house of the petitioner in question, shall be maintained.

4. The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
