JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of assaulting the father of the informant by five accused persons including the petitioner. The injured subsequently succumbed to the injuries. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the background of serious land dispute, the petitioner has been roped in the present case. The petitioner is the sister-in-law of the deceased.

Considering the omnibus and general accusation levelled in the background of land dispute, co-accused Satendra Rai has been granted regular bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2677 of 2015 (2) dt.21-01-2015 2/2 9690 of 2014.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner if she surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 197 of 2013 pending in the court of learned ACJM, Danapur at Patna. Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
