JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-04-2022 The present petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 20.2.2020 passed in Criminal Revision No. 164 of 2019 by the Presiding Officer, Fast Track Court-1st, Bhojpur at Ara whereby and whereunder the revision petition has been dismissed and the order dated 20.9.2019 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Class, Bhojpur at Ara in Complain Case No. 1151(C)/2019, summoning the petitioners under Section 204 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, for
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11159 of 2021(2) dt.18-04-2022 2/2 the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 325, 379, 504 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, has been affirmed.
At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty to raise all the issues raised in the present petition, before the Ld. Court below, during the course of the trial.
Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of as not pressed, however, with the aforesaid liberty.
