JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 28-11-2018 Admittedly, the learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the impugned order dated 14.09.2011 is cryptic and unreasoned, hence it is required to be quashed. Accordingly, the present writ petition is allowed and the order dated 14.09.2011 passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Phulparas is quashed with liberty to the Sub Divisional Officer, Phulparas to proceed further in the matter afresh. It is needless to state that the resumption of the supplies of the P.D.S. dealership of the petitioner would be subject to the final outcome of the fresh proceedings to be initiated by the Sub Divisional Officer, Phulparas.
