The petitioners are in custody since 07.05.2018 in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 117 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 302 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that admittedly, there is no eye witness to the occurrence and only on the basis of the conjectures, the name of the petitioner has brought in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that there is also no specific allegation against these petitioners and the allegation of enmity is between the husband of the petitioner and one Barrister Bind and Motilal Bind.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44473 of 2018 (2) dt.02-08-2018 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case NO. 117 of 2018.
