JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 04-02-2015 The Court is not inclined to interfere with the writ application at this stage, because there are enough provisions already made by the State in the guidelines and policy with regard to the selection and non-selection of Anganbari Sevika. Since the petitioner has not exhausted that remedy by moving competent authority or the appellate authority, if need be, she can do so even now.
The writ application is disposed of with liberty as above.
