The petitioner is in custody since 08.03.2018 in connection with Yogapatti (Nawalpur) P.S. Case No. 98 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 447, 448, 188 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there was case and counter case between the parties. It is further submitted that the allegation against the petitioner is general and omnibus and the injuries sustained by both the sides are simple in nature. It is further submitted that other co-accused persons have been extended the privilege of bail vide order dated 30.07.2018 passed

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Yogapatti (Nawalpur) P.S.
