JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 01-08-2019 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 19.9.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 46954 of 2018 and there is allegation against the accused persons, including the petitioner of stabbing and causing the death of the deceased. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody since 26.4.2018 and only five witnesses out of 13 have been examined as yet.

Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. However,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47594 of 2019(2) dt.01-08-2019 2/2 learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude it within a period of one year. With the above observation, this application is dismissed.
