JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 30-07-2018 At the very outset, the learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioners were given the benefit of Section 41(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code by the police, as such, they should move for regular bail.

Head learned counsel for the petitioners.

It has been submitted that the petitioners have not misused the privilege of police bail.

In such view of the matter, let petitioners surrender and make prayer for regular bail, which will be considered on the basis of the materials available on record that they were on police bail and their bail application shall be disposed of on the
