JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 30-07-2018 At the very outset, it has been submitted by the learned counsel for the State that processes under Sections 82 and 83 of the Criminal Procedure Code has also been issued and complied against the petitioner and, as such, her prayer for anticipatory bail is not maintainable.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner also. It has been submitted that other accused persons have been granted bail.

In view of the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. If the petitioner surrenders and makes prayer for regular on the ground that some other accused persons have also

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44598 of 2018(2) dt.30-07-2018 2/2 been granted the privilege of bail, that may be considered on its own merit and dispose of the application, if possible, on the same day.
