b) A writ in nature of mandamus directing the respondents to publish advertisement regarding recruitment of teachers in Sanskrit Bal Vikas mandir. Bardaha. Madhubani. Bihar and other Sanskrit schools in local newspaper so that maximum candidates can participate in it.

c) A writ in nature of mandamus for making benchmark that eligibility criteria of candidates applying for post of teacher in the Sanskrit schools should be BED along with СТЕТ. d) Any other Relief/Reliefs your lordship think fit in the facts and circumstances of the case."

2. From the perusal of record, it appears that the petitioner has filed the present P.I.L. challenging the advertisement issued for the appointment of teachers in Sanskrit School. Apparently, an advertisement can be challenged only by a person who is aggrieved or by an eligible candidate affected by such advertisement.

3. In the present case, the petitioner merely claims to be a social worker. However, except for this assertion, no particulars of his social activities have been furnished in Para-3 of the writ petitioner to establish his locus.

4. We, therefore, find no merit in the present writ
