The petitioner seeks bail in Baruraj P. S. Case No. 114 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 392 Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the written report. It is mentioned in para 3 of the bail petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has not been put on T.I.P. His name has been disclosed by witness Jagat Narayan Tiwari in paragraph no. 62 of the case diary. Thereafter, police arrested the petitioner and recorded his confessional statement which is available at para 75 of the case diary. The petitioner is in custody since 31.5. 2018 Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the JM 1st Class, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Baruraj P. S. Case No. 114 of 2018 subject to the condition that both the bailers shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
