The petitioner is in custody in connection with S.Tr. No. 431 of 2019, arising out of Baruraj P.S. Case No. 111 of 2015 for the offences under Sections 395, 397 IPC. Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 25.09.2020 passed in Cr. Misc.No. 24844 of 2020. however, this Court had observed that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after completion of two years custody. The petitioner is in custody since 24.12.2018 and as such he has already completed two years. In view of the above, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
