JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 23-07-2018 At the very outset, submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that they were on police bail and they have not misused the police bail.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner was on police bail, as such let the petitioner surrender before the learned court below and make prayer for regular bail, which will be considered by the learned court below on the ground that he was on police bail.
