Petitioners are in custody in connection with G.R.P. (Patna Junction) P.S. Case No. 326/2019 for the offence under sections 379, 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Allegation against these petitioners is that they were involved in theft of mobile.

Learned counsel submits that petitioners are in custody since 3.6.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioners have no criminal

No.52152 of 2019(2) dt.22-08-2019 2/2 antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners, let the petitioners, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Patna, in connection with G.R.P. (Patna Jun.) P.S. Case No. 326 of 2019 subject to the condition that bailors should be family members.
