The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in a case registered under sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 21.2.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. no.42092 of 2021 giving liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after six months. It is submitted that it has been more than six months since passing of the said order of rejection. There is no direct evidence against the petitioner. Investigation in the case has concluded. The case of the petitioner stands on a similar footing to that of co-accused Bablu Pathak who has been enlarged on bail vide order dated 27.7.2022 (Annexure-3) passed in Cr.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51985 of 2022(2) dt.28-09-2022 2/2 Misc. no.38153 of 2022. The petitioner undertakes to cooperate in the trial.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the submissions made, the petitioner having remained in custody since 10.3.2021, the liberty granted in the earlier order of rejection dated 21.2.2022 together with grant of bail to Bablu Pathak, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Sessions Trial no.625 of 2021 (arising out of Gadhpura P.S. Case no.88 of 2020) on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge IV, Begusarai.
