The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No.1057/2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498(A), 354 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act. Allegation against the petitioner alongwith other accused persons is said to have assaulted the informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is ready to pay the maintenance amount of Rs.10,000/- per month to the informant.

Learned APP for the State vehemently opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7845 of 2021(2) dt.30-11-2021 2/2 prayer for bail of the petitioner.

In the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Ara Nawada P. S. Case No. 1057/2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
