JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD ORAL ORDER 16-06-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for the offence under Sections 409 and 420 of the I.P.C. There is allegation against the petitioners that they have not submitted the folder along with relevant documents with respect to the illegal appointment of teachers in primary school of the year 2013 only.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have joined on 23.08.2014.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances, let the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24099 of 2016 (2) dt.16-06-2016 2/2 petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Aurangabad, in Amba P.S.Case No.14/16 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C. with condition that they will cooperate in the investigation and they will make themselves available before the court as and when are required.
