The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. Later on, section 302 IPC was added. As per the prosecution case, on the order of this petitioner co-accused Himanshu Kumar and Shailesh Singh fired upon the son of informant (deceased).
It is submitted that petitioner is only order giver. Specific allegation of firing is against other co-accused persons. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Ist, Danapur, Patna in connection with Shahpur P.S.
