ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 5/ 09-03-2016 In the nature of dispute between the parties, notice had been issued to Opposite Party No.2, but the dispute could not be resolved.

Be that as it may, if the Petitioner deposits the entire arrear @ `750/- (seven hundred fifty) from 25.05.2015 till date within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and surrenders before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria Court below in connection with Complaint Case No.1001 of 2013, he (Md. Kasim @ Md. Kasim Ansari) shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of `5,000/- (five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each or any other

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2479 of 2015 (5) dt.09-03-2016 2/2 surety to be fixed by the court below subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C. and (i) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the Petitioner, who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the Petitioner. The bailors will undertake to furnish information to the court about any change in the address of the Petitioner. From henceforth the Petitioner shall pay `1500/- (one thousand five hundred) in stead of `750/- (seven hundred fifty). The application stands disposed off.
