The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304 (B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner being husband committing torture upon the deceased wife due to nonfulfillment of demand of dowry and killed her. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as a matter of fact demand committed suicide and even police after investigation submitted chargesheet under Section 306 I.P.C. The petitioner is in custody since 20.03.2019. Chargesheet has been submitted, as such no chance of tampering with the

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.-1st Class, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Baruraj P.S. Case No. 56 of 2019.
