The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 43 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.

Denying the allegation for irregularity in distribution it is submitted that the petitioner has already suffered and even his licence has also been cancelld leaving him without livelihood.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-
