The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 153A, 379, 384, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that on 21.10.2015 Lalji Yadav, Rohan Yadav and the petitioner Satyendra Yadav took liquor in a truck and thereafter asked the Auto Rickshaw driver Md. Sonu to take them to Khusrupur. On refusal to take them, they abused the driver and robbed the potato and grocery from the shop of the informant. The accused persons also took away cash Rs. 17,200/-, and a mobile from the shop of the informant.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24088 of 2016 (2) dt.30-05-2016 petitioner that accusation is omnibus and general and none have received any injury. Statement has been made in para3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the nature of accusation, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sri Deepak Kumar, J.M., Ist Class, Barh, Patna in connection with Salimpur P.S. Case No. 125 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
