The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Avtar Nagar P.S. Case No. 49/19 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 188/272/273/308 of the IPC and Section 30/30(a)/41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire allegations are false and frivolous and he is facing prosecution only on the basis of the recoveries in which he is suspected to have been involved.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner's name has surfaced only on suspicion and he is not having any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of

Case No. 49/19, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) Saif/- U T
