Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 11.02.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 60459 of 2021. Vide order dated 02.11.2022, report was called for regarding the stage of trial and same has been received (kept at flag 'S'), which reveals that charge has been framed on 12.07.2022 and the case is fixed for prosecution evidence. It is submitted that petitioner is in custody since 24.05.2021 and he claims clean antecedent.

Considering the period of custody and progress of trial, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
