A supplementary affidavit has been filed across the board.

For the reason of marriage of the petitioner having been scheduled for 30.05.2022, this case has been given a priority hearing The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Mairawa P.S. Case No. 292 of 2021 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Though the petitioner is said to have taken part in the assault as a result of which one person has been injured but the

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he had earlier filed a case vide Mairawa P.S. Case No. 277 of 2019 for the murder of his mother in which, the informant of the subject F.I.R. had gone to jail. The subject F.I.R. has been filed in retaliation to the informant being made accused by the petitioner.

Considering the afore-noted facts and taking into account that the petitioner is a highly qualified person and does not have criminal antecedents, he is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-VII, Siwan, in connection with Mairawa P.S. Case No. 292 of 2021, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
