Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the facts and circumstances it may be a case of breach of trust, but it cannot be a case of criminal breach of trust. The case is of purely a civil liability.

Be that as it may, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, the sole petitioner, namely, Rajesh Kumar is directed to be admitted to bail on executing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief
