The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1) (x) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

It is alleged that the informant conducting the repair work of the pond when FIR named accused persons including the petitioner came and demanded Rs.50,000/- as extortion and assaulted the labourers of the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there was some dispute with regard to use of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2353 of 2015 (02) dt.20-01-2015 2/2 inferior material in the repair work and the informant has retracted from the initial version and filed a petition to that effect before the learned court below.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Madhubani in connection with Ladaniya P.S. Case No. 08 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
