The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sirdala P.S. Case No. 225 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding the son of the informant having gone to his in-laws place and subsequently the dead body of the deceased was recovered from a place situated outside the house of the in-laws of the deceased.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as far as the petitioner is concerned, he is a distant relative i.e. brother of the father-in-law of the deceased and also stays separately, hence there is no question of the petitioner having any complicity in the matter. At best the immediate in-laws of the deceased could be

The petitioner is stated to be having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 20.04.2018. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Vth, Nawada in connection with Sirdala P.S. Case No. 225 of 2016.
