The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nimchak Bathani P.S. Case No. 38 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 456, 376, 511, 323, 504, 506/34 of the I.P.C.
The allegation in the present case against the accused persons is trying to outrage the modesty of the informant and thereafter they are said to have threaten the informant with dire consequence when the co-villagers had arrived and the accused persons had to flee away.
The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the entire allegation is fabricated and no such incident as alleged has taken place. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32531 of 2018 (4) dt.23-07-2018 2/2 a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 18.04.2018. Per contra, the learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-Xth, Gaya in connection with Nimchak Bathani P.S. Case No. 38 of 2018.
