2. The present modification application is filed for modification of the order dated 20.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.27512 of 2023 with regard to name of the petitioner in the cause title, to the satisfaction portion and the Sessions Trial No. in the operative portion.

3. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner made in this application, in the cause title of the order dated 20.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.27512 of 2023, the name of the petitioner be read as "Chhotu Mahto @ Chhotu Kumar @ Vikash Kumar" in place of "Chotu Mahto", to the satisfaction portion, be read as "learned Additional District Judge, Dalsingsarai, Samastipur" in place of learned Judicial

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53339 of 2023(2) dt.16-08-2023 2/2 Magistrate 1st Class, Dalsingsarai, Samastipur" and in the operative portion thereof, "S.Tr.No. be read as S.Tr.No.313 of 2023 in place of " S.Tr.No.204 of 2021".

4. With the aforesaid modification in the order dated 20.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.27512 of 2023, this application stands disposed of.
