2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:
(i) to direct the concerned respondent to make the payment of compensation to the petitioners with respect to their land
Patna High Court CWJC No.11031 of 2026(2) dt.24-07-2026 2/3 measuring 35 decimal, 27 decimal and 49 decimal respectively appertaining to Khata No.191, 165, Khesra No.2464, 2833 and 2834 in which respondent Rural Works Department, Lakhisarai is forcibly constructing Road;
(ii) to direct the concerned respondent to make the payment of compensation to the petitioners with the aforesaid land including assets attached with to the land in terms of section 26 and 27 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act 2013;
(iii) to direct the concerned respondents to take appropriate legal action against those persons who are forcibly constructing road over the land of the petitioner without taking consent and without adopting the land acquisition proceedings;
(iv) to any other relief/s to which the petitioner may be found entitled in the facts

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it will suffice, if his case is taken up by the Collector, Lakhisarai (respondent no.03) and dispose it of.
4. Learned State counsel has no objection to the said stand of the petitioner.
5. In that background, learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to file fresh representation in next four weeks alongwith all the supporting documents.
6. If such petition is preferred in next four weeks, the Collector, Lakhisarai shall take up the matter after hearing the parties, it is expected that the same be taken to its logical conclusion at an earliest.
7. The writ petition is disposed of.
