The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kharik P.S. Case No. 14 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/323/341/396/ 448/307/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
Admittedly, there is land dispute between the parties and there is delay in lodging the complaint case which resulted in registration of F.I.R. From the reading of the F.I.R., it appears that no injury has been caused. The petitioner has clean

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Naugachhia, Bhagalpur, in connection with Kharik P.S.
