The present modification application has been filed seeking modification in the name of the father of the petitioner which stands recorded as Dijal Sahni in Order Dated 5.08.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 22421 of 2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that name of the father of the petitioner is Bijal Sahni but in the FIR it was mentioned as Dijal Sahni, as such, in the anticipatory bail application also the name of the father of the petitioner was recorded as Dijal Sahni, as such, the mistake occurred on account of wrong mention of the name of the father of the petitioner in the FIR.

No.59596 of 2022(2) dt.16-11-2022 2/2 Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner the name of the father of the petitioner be read as Bijal Sahni instead of Dijal Sahni in Order Dated 05.08.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 22421 of 2022. The Order Dated 05.08.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 22421 of 2022 is modified to the extent indicated above.
