ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 4/ 25-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners, Informant and the State.

The Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case instituted for the offence under Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The Petitioners undertake that they will not act in any manner which is detrimental to the interest of the Opposite Party No.2.

On such undertaking, it is ordered that in the event of surrender/arrest of the Petitioners, named above, within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with G.R. No.1296 of 2014 arising out of Mahila P.S. Case No.15 of 2014, they shall be released on anticipatory

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48351 of 2014 (4) dt.25-05-2015 2/3 bail on furnishing bail bond of `5,000/- (five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each or any other surety to be fixed by the court below to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P. C. and (i) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the Petitioners, who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the Petitioners.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48351 of 2014 (4) dt.25-05-2015 3/3 consecutive dates, their bail will be liable to be cancelled. If at any point in time the Petitioners resile from their undertaking, the Informant will be at liberty to file an application for cancelling the bail bonds.
