The limited relief prayed by the petitioner in this writ petition is for a direction to the District Magistrate, Supaul to dispose of the Appeal No. 64 of 2013 pending before him. The petitioner is a licensee under the Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2001 bearing License No. 17 of 2007 and which license of the petitioner has been cancelled under the orders of the licensing authority-cum-Sub Divisional Officer, Supaul 12.9.2013 and being aggrieved the petitioner has filed a statutory appeal bearing Appeal No. 64 of 2013 which remains pending before the District Magistrate, Supaul. Patna High Court CWJC No.1244 of 2015 (2) dt.06-05-2015 considering the limited grievance raised herein, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the District Magistrate, Supaul to consider and dispose of the appeal of the petitioner in accordance with law and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
