2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 474 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution, for the murder of the deceased the F.I.R. was registered against the named person. One of the co-accused Binod Saw @ Vinod Saw has confessed his guilt along with this petitioner and other co-accused person. Binod Saw @ Vinod Saw has already been granted bail vide order dated 02.08.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 17644 of 2023.

4. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the aforesaid fact, this application is
