2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Lakhisarai (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 06 of 2024 instituted under Sections 376, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of committing rape with the victim, who is his relative. He was also pressurizing the victim to have physical relationship with other co-accused.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the certified copy of the F.I.R. has been filed by him and defect has been removed. The earlier bail application was dismissed on 20.11.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 58704 of 2024. He further submits that the trial has also commenced.

5. Considering the gravity of the offence and the fact that the trial has commenced and witnesses have also been examined, I am not inclined to review my earlier order.
