The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Siwan Town P.S. Case No. 323 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner had been rejected by this Court vide order dated 06.07.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17351 of 2020. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail on the ground of custody as he is rotting in judicial custody since 03.01.2020. Learned A.P.P. for the state has opposed the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9329 of 2021(2) dt.28-07-2021 2/2 for bail and submitted that earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner has been rejected on merits and now no fresh ground is there for reconsideration of the prayer made by the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of this petitioner is rejected. (Arvind Srivastava, J) brajesh/- U T
