Petitioners are in custody in connection with Alam Nagar (Ratwara) P.S. Case No. 154 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. In the instant case the allegation against the petitioners are that before alleged occurrence they have threatened the deceased to face dire consequences. It is alleged that petitioners along with Most. Lalita Devi and Most. Lukkhi Devi have committed crime. Out of three accused persons two have been granted bail by other co-ordinate bench of this Court namely Most. Lalita Devi and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35637 of 2018(3) dt.23-07-2018 2/2 Most. Lukkhi Devi in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 61163 of 2017 vide order dated 23.01.2018. In the instant case there is same allegations against the petitioners.
Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000 (ten thousand) by both of them with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M. Udakisunganj, DistrictMadhepura in connection with Alam Nagar (Ratwara O.P.) P.S. Case No. 154 of 2017.
