Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered under sections 447,448, 341, 323 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioners and two others are named in the first information report with similar allegation and having more or less similar allegation, co-accused Nirajan and Dhirendra, who happen to be sons of the informant, have already been admitted to anticipatory bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 17.5.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 19265/2016. Accordingly, it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioners be released on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24922 of 2016 (2) dt.16-06-2016 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt.
