1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 87 of of B.N.S.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that his sister was kidnapped by Md. Shohrab on 26.04.2025 from his uncle's house in which he was helped by the petitioners.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the case was taken up on 12.08.2025 and the Superintendent of Police, Begusarai was directed to file counter-affidavit stating that as to what steps have been taken by the police to recover the victim.

5. Learned A.P.P. Sri Rabindra Kumar submits that in compliance of the order dated 12.08.2025, a counter-affidavit has been filed duly sworn by the Superintendent of Police, Begusarai. It is further submitted that victim has been recovered and she has not supported the case of the prosecution, on which the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioner no.1 is maternal grandfather of Shohrab and petitioner nos.2, 3 and 4 are maternal uncles of Shohrab and they came to be implicated only with a view to coerce Shohrab into submission.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, are directed to be released on anticipatory bail on their furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial
