====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-01-2023 Heard Mr. Md. Hussain, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Md. Aslam Ansari, learned A.P.P. for the State.

Earlier petitioner's bail application was rejected vide order dated 11.02.2022 passed in Cr. Misc No. 33995 of 2021. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in the present bail application. A report was called for from the learned 9th Addl. District & Sessions Judge, Purnea,who has been informed that bailable warrant have been issued to the charge-sheeted witnesses no. 01 and 02 and summon to remaining four witnesses were also issued through Superintendent of Police, Purnea.

The Superintendent of Police, Purnea is directed to produce the remaining witnesses on each and every date fixed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51368 of 2022(4) dt.04-01-2023 2/2 by the trial court without fail.

The trial court is directed to conclude the trail expeditiously preferably well within a period of six months. Accordingly the present bail application is disposed of.
