ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 20-06-2016 The Petitioners seeks revision of the judgment of conviction dated 11.1.2007 passed by the Additional Dsitrict & Sessions Judge, F.T.C. No.3, Darbhanga in Criminal Appeal No.37 of 1996, by which he has upheld the conviction of the Petitioners and maintained the sentence passed by the IInd Assistant Sessions Judge, Darbhanga in Sessions Trial No.128 of 1986 arising out of Sadar (Bahadurpur) P.S. case No.107 of 1983 by judgment dated 25.4.1996. On going through the impugned judgment, I do not find any merit in the revision. However, considering the period of custody of the Petitioners as also the date of occurrence, the sentence is
Patna High Court CR. REV. No.335 of 2007 dt.20-06-2016 2/2 modified to the period already undergone by them. With the aforesaid modification in sentence, the revision application stands dismissed.
